How we use your details when you join the priority list or buy a ticket. Last updated 16th September 2026.

Who we are

Let's Love Life Festival is run by EVA Events Limited, company number 08860988, of 50 O'Connor Road, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 2EB. We decide what happens to the details you give us, so in data protection terms we are the controller. Questions go to hello@letslovelife.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Your email address, when you join the priority list. We use it to send you the presale link, and to confirm your address with a one-click link. Without it you cannot join the list.
• Your mobile number, when you join the priority list. We text you a 6-digit code to check the number is yours. If you tick the box to hear from us, we may also text or WhatsApp you news and ticket alerts.
• Your name, email and mobile, when you buy tickets. We need them to send your tickets and to contact you about your order, for example if the event changes.
• Payment card details, which go straight to Stripe. They never reach our website or our ticketing provider in full.
• How you use the ticket page: which step you reached, from choosing tickets to paying. This helps us see where people give up and fix it. It is tied to a random token, not to your name, until you buy.

Who handles your details for us

• Grofomo runs our mailing list, sends the verification text and the confirmation email, holds your order and issues your tickets. They process your details on our instructions, and their own notice is at events.grofomo.com/privacy. If you tick the separate box at checkout, Grofomo may also email you about other events they sell tickets for. That is their choice to make with you, not ours.
• Stripe takes the payment. Their notice is at stripe.com/gb/privacy.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and, where switched on, checks that a signup comes from a person rather than a script.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else for their marketing.

Marketing, and how to stop it

You will only hear from us about Let's Love Life if you asked to: by ticking the box on the signup form, or the box at checkout. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and every text can be answered with STOP. You can also write to hello@letslovelife.co.uk and we will take you off the list.

How long we keep it

Priority list details are kept until the festival has happened and the last presale has closed, then for 12 months, and are then deleted. Order details are kept for 6 years, because tax law requires it.

Cookies and storage

This site does not use advertising cookies. It keeps a few small pieces of information in your browser so the pages work: a referral code if you arrived through a friend's link, the promo code the signup hands to the ticket page, and the order you are in the middle of. Stripe and Cloudflare set the cookies they need to take a payment safely and to check you are a person.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@letslovelife.co.uk. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If this notice changes we will update the date at the top and, if the change matters to you, tell you by email.
